trim on outside basement windows


i am i need of some help i have replaced my basement windows but have 3 other windows i covered up from the inside to make a wall . i need to cover up the outside of those windows to make it look nice and clean from the outside. any help would be appreciated. thanks

What does the rest of the wall look like from the outside ?

So you took the windows out?
Or just covered them from inside?
If you took them out, concrete up the openings if you will never put windows back in
Otherwise if the windows are still there I'd just leave them
