Treated decking over concrete

Hey guys, I have a concrete porch on the front of my home and i would like to cover it with treated decking. Can the wood go directly over the concrete or should I use a space to raise it? if so what should I use for a spacer? Thanks for any help!

I can be laid directly overtop but I would always prefer to see a vented space and/or some sort of capillary break between the two.

I'm about to do the same project. I'm going to build it a few inches above the concrete for a little breathing room.

i am doing this also- i have zero room to raise. i'm thinking about sealing the concrete with a concrete sealer- should i bother?
