I am assuming a two-stage snowblower. If it is not throwing snow from the 2nd stage, I would guess that the sheer pin in the auger has broken. Designed to do such when severly overloaded or picking up limbs, etc. Check your owners manual, should be a fairly easy fix.
Is it Running... Couldn't resist. No but not really much to go on here. If it a 2 stage unit. If so are both stages spinning. Do you here any noises that seem abnormal (like a belt slipping).
I am guessing but not sure on your statement that you have a two stage and for some reason the second stage blower is not working properly.
I would recommend posting your model or any other info you might have so others can respond informatively on your particular unit.
