Tiling question

We have several bathrooms to tile. Trying to determine if it's worth it to spend the extra $$ to buy the pre-sealed grout. The tiling supplier said cost was 10x the regular grout. Does anyone have any experience with this presealed grout? Is it worth it? Also, we might hire a sub to do a few of the larger rooms. What is the going rate for tilers per square foot?

There is no such things as "pre-sealed grout". There are grouts that don't require a sealer, but then no grout requires a sealer. How about you furnish us with a product name if you want an honest and experienced opinion of a certain product?

If you are talking about "pre-mixed grout" then the answer is stay away from it, it is problematic and snake oil.

There is no "going rate" either. All areas of the country are different. Different tiles command different installation costs. Different substrates also dictate costs. An installers skills and experience determine costs.
