Hey guys,
Our builder and us have been going round and round on the windows that are installed (every window leaks pretty bad). Most all baseboards are letting in cold air (45 degrees on the carpet on a day below 0). The window company is saying that it is convection or "thermal wash" but the pics clearly show the point of infiltration (the weep holes). Here is the link to the reports (pdf format). The audit also showed many cold spots on the top plates. Please let me know what you all think. Thanks!
