Telescoping attic ladder

Looking for a telescoping attic ladder like this Werner model:

But I need one rated for at least 300 pounds (this one is 250 max). Its for my brother in law, I am not that big

Have googled around but not found anything. Has anyone ever seen one with more that a 250 Lb rating?

Here's one rated for 500lbs

I'm thinking Werner does have one at 350# but can't seem to find it at the moment.

Thanks for the feed back but that is a regular fold down ladder and requires a footprint on the floor I do not have. I am working in a space about 4 foot by 4 foot.

Another one.
Suitable for duty weights up to 100kgs - tested to 200Kgs (for use with existing drop down hatches).

Kinda risky for everyday use, 100kgs, but tested for a lot more, occasional use may be ok??

200 Kgs = 440 pounds

Now THAT is a kool ladder

You must be referring to the second link.
The ones in the first link average 450 dollars, that's expensive for an attic ladder.
The second link is in the UK,what's the shipping cost on something of that weight?
