Support andFasten plywood panels to ceiling

I need to install plywood ceiling to exposed ceiling joists and need a method to support panels while fastening.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated !!

Either make yourself a T-bar out of a couple of 2x4s or rent/borrow/buy a drywall lift.
