Status of Atlas Class Action

Is there still litigation pending or has this case been settled concerning the use of Atlas shingles that are indicating excessive wear due to manufacturing defect? I'm guessing that the shingles on my home are less than 10 years old and are already showing some significant wear.

Status of Atlas Class Action

Welcome to DIY!

1) we don't do legal advice, so I'm not sure we are the best place to come for legal advice.
2) Did you google? if so, first response is....
http://www.atlasclassaction.com/
3) location - that one above is for Canada, but I don't know what legal system you fall under so I can't really help you. It seems like the one in Canada has passed but you might get some sympathy from the manufacturer or a discount on some current product.
