Question

Stanley Garage Opener help!

I have a Stanley garage opener. Model 1200.31, which I can't find online. I am trying to setup new remotes but the opener doesn't have dip switches it has jumpers that are soldered to the circuit board. I'm not able to find the freq either.

Hopefully someone out there can help. I've been all over the internet and haven't found a thing.
