Source for Recessed Bookshelves & Niches

Been looking online at various sources for wood accent niches and built in bookcases. Found a couple that look promising, but I'd like to hear who would recommend.

Any suggestions? thanks in advance for your input!

Recessed niches and book shelves are a fairly simple project for anyone with a table saw---

I never knew that they were available premade---Mike---

In 2002 I finished a room in our basement.
I kept the rear wall 40" away from the foundation wall behind it.
This kept access to pipes and storage and allowed me to recess book shelves across the wall.
I also recessed a cabinet that holds a TV, the Wii, and a host of other stuff.
I bought 4 unfinished (5 shelf) bookcases and the armoir at http://www.millstores.com
Like this one...http://www.millstores.com/categoryde...ode=9B&pid=423
Then in the center I built a base that holds a 4 door wardrobe;
similar to this...http://www.millstores.com/categoryde...ode=8F&pid=632
You can also recess drawers...http://www.millstores.com/categoryde...ode=8E&pid=321

I'll try to find some pics.

You can recess most any freestanding bookcase. Why do you think you need a special one?
