iti Newbie   Join Date: Nov 2005 Posts: 15	some quastions about taxes I am new in business, so tell me please what tax form should i fill. for LLC company. Where are lots of forms on irs.gov sorry

Get a CPA, they can represent you if you are audited. They will work with you, establish how much you are able to do, supply you with forms and schedules and anything else to get you going.
