Sloppy Mortar Repair Job


I have a stone patio that had crumbling mortar. Some people came in to repair it, but concrete was left on top of stone. How do I remove it?

Sloppy Mortar Repair Job


Muriatic acid---Goggles---an old paint brush---stiff scrub brush--garden hose----
