Slab Foundation Repair

Thought I would share this video with those of you north of the Gulf coast region of the country.
Down here we build houses flat on the ground, the clay/soil is just not stable. Digging footers isn't practicle. But when drought hits llike it has, no rain at my house in over 3 months, these foundation companies are all over the neighborhood. It can be avoided if you keep your foundation watered. The clay soil dries and shrinks, the local park looks like a dry lake bed, with cracks around 4ft deep.
