Skin over of adhesive?

daluu Member   Join Date: Jan 2012 Location: San Jose, CA, USA Posts: 240	Skin over of adhesive? Reading over instruction of wall base adhesive and it says avoid it from skin over. I tried searching online but didnt find anything. What does the term mean?
