Silicone vs Culk..what is better for kitchen?

Hello Experts,

I was wondering what would you suggest I use in the kitchen...silicone or just a regular white caulk that is usually used for the bathroom?

Any suggestions?

Thank you

For the sinks?

Polyseamseal is what we use, cleans up nicely.

It also depends on the application that you want to use it in.
Silicone is best used along sink and backsplash applications.
Other than that, you could use Latex caulk with silicone added for other applications.

I agree with this 100% just remeber if there is a painted surface next to what you want to caulk then Latex caulk with silicone is the best. Silicone does not take paint.
