Shower door frame question

Hope this post is in the right place, as I'm new here. Having some issues with the channel for my glass shower doors. The weep holes on the inside rail of the channel drain some of the water out of the shower door frame. But, there is nothing to allow the water to drain from the outside rail, into the inner channel and eventually into the tub. The mold is nasty as I basically have standing water in the entire rail of the shower door frame. Any suggestions? Could I just drill a small hole along the inner door frame to allow the water out of the channel? Thanks.

You can drill the hole but it would be better if some professionals can drill that.

Sure you can.
This is a simple task that does not require a pro to do.
