Should I even bother putting this piece of drywall up?

I originally had this piece of drywall as two pieces, and quickly learned that I couldnt do the whole section at once. But apparently not before a corner got snagged against something and broke. Can I fix this corner, or should I not even bother putting it up? This may seem like a stupid question but I've never done drywall before.

Thanks!

If it was going behind Kerdi and tile, I'd put it up if it was broke in half. I wouldn't LOVE it, but I'd do it as long as I could make it end up flat, even if it looked like Fido's a$$.

Another vote for "go for it", in case I was too subtle

Thanks guys! Do I just leave it there or should I cut it out? Then fill it with drywall mud?

Just leave it there, lift the paper up and put mud under it.
