Seepage between vinyl tiles

Two years ago, I had a drain system installed in my basement because of a water leak. The waterproofing company tore up the concrete floor next to the wall and installed a drain which feeds into a sump pump. I hired a contractor to put my basement back in order. I opted to completely replace the old vinyl tile in one of the affected rooms. Here is my issue—first off, this room smells damp and secondly, there is something seeping through between the tiles. There is not a lot of seepage but it is enough to be annoying. It’s not sticky and cleans up with just water. It appears to be the adhesive used to affix the tiles. Could this be possible almost two years later? What can I do to correct this issue? I have a dehumidifier running in the room.

If the drain system has issues, it could be putting water just above the concrete and compromising the tile adhesive.

How can I tell if the drain system has issues? I suppose calling the waterproofing contractor is my only option?

How long after the drains were put in did you redo the basement?
Did you wait for a few all day rains to see if every thing was functioning correctly?
Was the entire basement perimeter done?
Do you see this oozing after a rain or isn't it weather related?
Do you have any water pipes or drains that might be contributing to this?
Is it localized to one side of the basement?
Near the walls?
Try to provide as much information as possible.

What kind of "drainage system: did they install? - Perforated pvc drain with the bottom below the bottom of the footings or a plastic system with a shallow trench leading to a sump or something else?
