sealing plywood under my house

I have a piling house that has plywood underneath that covers the joists. What do I need to put on this as a sealer? we want to keep a natural finish. Been told to use thompsons or a polyurathane.

Someone does not like you if that's what they told you.
Check out Cabot, or Olympic.
Consumer Digest list Thompsons at the bottom of the list every year.
