Default sealing my grey deck

Hi and thanks for having me. I live in NC near the beach and have a deck which is very grey and weathered. I love the grey color and need to seal it. There are so many products out there and I'm hoping there is a product I can use with a sprayer that will waterproof and cut down mildew without changing the New England looking grey. I also need to know how to clean it before sealing. I've looked into Flood and Olympic Maximum. HELP??,Linda
