Road Trip Mud and Taper

I'm wondering about the possibilities of bringing up a mud and taper from the US to finish our job? We live in Cda.

If the housing/construction market is as bad in the US as they make it sound, I wonder if there would be mud/tape drywallers willing to fly up here and do a job for us?

Since this is a DIY site, we discourage threads regarding hiring contractors or the prices contractors charge.

The Canadian government requires American's to get a work permit to work in Canada. It's fairly expensive and if it's a job that can be done by a Canadian citizen, the gov. won't issue a permit.
