Rivet hanger?

I'm looking for a more secure way to hang something. I am trying to find something similar to the picture below. I see this everywhere but I don't know what its really called or if I can buy something similar. I am looking for something that has a hole that the head of a screw can fit threw and a smaller diameter hole that the shank of the screw will rest on. In the picture it is upside down compared to what I would be using.

Rivet hanger?

The screw would be in the wall, and the hole would be in the thing hanging.

Rivet hanger?

Ha, of course. Key hole. Thanks. I am assuming you use a router with a special bit to cut them in? I was hoping they had premade ones that are metal and get tacked to the object. Kind of like those straight toothed frame hangers that you can buy.

Great, thanks to you giving me the name, I found the product!

Its easier to ask for something when you know the name.
