rigid foam or batt insulation

Good morning all. Looking for some input on insulating my bathroom wall next to my tub. 2x4's that will be covered with cement board and tile. Is it better, from a mold/moisture standpoint to use 3 1/2" of styrofoam or 3 1/2" fiberglas w/ plastic sheeting? and should the fiberglas have paper face? Thanks for any input.
