Rheem RTG-53PVN Tankless No Power

Hello,
We have a Rheem RTG-53PVN tankless water heater. Last night washing dished the hot water suddenly went cold. Went downstairs to find the heater off with no power. Checked the circuit and that was fine, and the outlet is working fine as well. any suggestions on what might be wrong? Is there an internal fuse or something? Thanks.

Welcome stusan96, to the best darn DIY'r site on the web

According to the manual there are (2) fuses on the unit. But as always, there is a reason for fuses letting their smoke out.

Heres is a link for the manual

Rheem No Power

Thanks. Just spoke to Rheem and they said it was the circuit board inside the unit. They are going to FedEx one overnight, it's under warrantee. FYI - if this happens to anyone else.

So the company diagnosed the issue over the phone and sent the part right out.
I'm more then a little surprised by both, unless this issue is a standing defective part problem.
A normal response would be to sent a service guy out to diagnose the problem.
