Respirator recommendations?

I need a decent-quality respirator to do paint stripping, to clean our moldy basement, and to remove some old insulation. Any recommendations? I bought one that seemed to have solid respirator parts (AO Safety: Professional Respirator - 95050) but the damn head strap feels like it came out of a gumball machine. It broke when I put it on.

I one of those
It does have that feel doesn't it
Works OK (aside from that) but the cartridges are being discontinued and harder to find
Return it as defective, which it was (strap)

The new 3-M one seems much more comfortable
I don't know if they are actually tougher if you are hard on them, but they sure feel better (lighter is good when it's hanging off you face for a few hours)
The straps are more rubbery, not plastic-y, but there's less of them

Here's a link

I know the AOS one seems beefier with the metal carts and all, but the 3M is way more comfortable
