replacing sink in corian vanity top

I have a corian vanity top with an integral sink. I want to cut out the oval sink and install a rectangular, drop-in Mexican ceramic sink. Some of the cuts can be made with a circular saw, but not all. (For example, cutting off the sink bowl.) Can I do this with an angle grinder? If so should I use abrasive disk, carbide-tipped wood blade, diamond masonry blade, or something else? Also how about a jigsaw with carbide blade? Unfortunately I don't have any scraps to practice on, so any advice would be appreciated!

(Because of the drop-in sink, precise finish of the cutout is not very important.)

Make a template for your new sink cut out. You can play with every thing inside.

Circular saw & jig saw should do it. Leave your opening a little full and sand or router to size.

Cuts with regular woodworking blades, a fine tooth carbide circular saw, and a quality jig saw blade will do it.
