Replacing lally columns

I need to replacing existing lolly columns with cement filled columns. What is the cheapest way to do this and is this something I can do myself.

Not a good do it your self project----the beam will need temporary jack posts on either side of the column to be removed----the concrete floor is then cut open because the column is standing on a footing under the floor---the jack posts are raised enough to remove the old post---a new one is cut and shimmed---bolted--

Then the jac posts are removed and the floor replaced
