Renovation and how can I eliminate my flooding problem ?

Hello, my wife and I have decided that it is time for a kitchen update My plan is to replace the kitchen cabinets with new ones that are somewhat bigger and have a different color. Our kitchen is small with about 13 feet of cabinet space. The existing cabinets have flooding problem and we used to stopped it with sand bags* that was the only solution that we get after 5 plumbers.
Can a specialist help us, thanks
Ryan

*Edit: Link to sand bag company removed. ***thekctermite***

Ryan,
You haven't really described the problem other than to say your cabinets have a flooding problem. Is it plumbing, sewer, rain, etc??? We need to know where the water is coming from, and specifically what you want to fix.

You really need to describe in more detail about your flooding problem. Pictures of the problem area are worth a thousand words. Let us see what you are talking about. Dorf Dude.
