Remove Hair Dye Stains


Hello: What is the best way to remove hair dye stains from a wash basin and make it look spot free again!

I've heard that nail polish remover will do it. If that doesn't work, try scrubbing with a bleach and water solution.

Uuuugghh! Thank you! I'm going to try that. My roommate spilled black hair dye all over the nice new WHITE toilet I just installed and I couldn't remove it.

So I killed her.

(Come on....it's just a joke!!)

Remove Hair Dye Stains


I find that oxyclean works on a lot of stains. Try a semi paste. Let it sit for a bit. Wipe clean. You might ask a local hair salon? I bet they encounter this from time to time.
