Refacing fireplace

tusker74 Newbie Join Date: Aug 2010 Posts: 1	Refacing fireplace Does anyone know roughly how much it would be to reface my fireplace with limestone or something similar. Currently, the fireplace has a tile border around it and then a wood border that blends with a wood mantle. We want to place limestone and keep just the mantle. We also want to do limestone all the way to the cieling. Is this something I should attempt to do or should I hire someone? The fireplace is gas. I have moderate experience in construction, etc.
