Recessed Lighting Baffle Question
Does anyone know whether a 6" Airtight Baffle Cone be changed out one-for-one with typical 6" recessed lighting baffles? I have a 16 year old home with original recessed lighting located below attic space. I am hoping to stop the heat and ac loss into my attic by replacing just the baffle if possible, rather than the complete housing. Thanks!

Recessed Lighting Baffle Question
You would need to remove the current housings and replace them with air tight housings you could cover with insulation. Just realize you will have to put a lower wattage bulb in these. This could mean the need for additional units for enough light in the space.
