Re-leveling free floating deck

After 10 years my free floating deck has sunk 3 to 4 inches and needs to be releveled. How can this be done? Water now runs towards the foundation when it rains.:(

Jack it up and support it at the level you want.
Dig down below the frostline with twice the support footings as the original deck had.
Install the new posts and bolt to the deck.
Remove the temporary supports.

What he said........free floating does not mean resting on the surface, it normally means it is not attached to the house. It needs footings under the beams.

Is the "deck" wood or concrete?
