Quick Question

I'm looking for a certain wire brush and can't seem to find it anywhere. It's used at my work and has come up missing. I wanted to get a new one. I'm not even sure what it's original use is as I'm sure it's not for what we use it for. This may seem dumb to some but I've done a quick MS Paint drawing of it to give an idea of it's appearance.

If anyone can help me locate this wire brush for purchase that would be great. Thanks!
