No; actually you are the first I have ever heard of anyone even thinking they could do this. My thoughts are that you will waste a lot of time and money to produce something that will go directly to the trash heap.
In truth you can just buy yourself a bit of resin, get a mold and add some quartz grit .... but you will not have an engineered quartz piece. What defines an engineered quartz, is the high compaction, this means more than 90% natural stone and with minimal use of resin. The final product should look and feel like true stone, very homogeneous surface without pours and cracks.
