protecting my foundation

Hey- I'm new to the site, hope I'm in the right place. Part of my slab foundation is exposed to the elements on one side of my house. What is the right kind of sealer to put on it to help give it some protection from the weather. It doesn't take any direct water but the sun shines on it for part of the year. Thanks
