propane


hello everyone ,need help.can someone tell me which burns mor propane a fireplace with thermastat or a furnace(forced air throughout house)..also the fireplace burns 30,000 btus per an hour....need answers as soon as possible.............thank u all

Without knowing how large the furnace is, how could anyone make a comparison?

Generally, fireplaces are energy wasters where most of the heat goes up the chimney, and takes heated indoor air with it.

The Furnace Is Suited To Heat Up 4 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath Kitchen Livingroom Famiily Room And Nook,and The Fire Place Is Propane Gas 30,000 Btu And So Is The Furnace Propane Powered...now That U Have This Info Can Someone Help With Some Info Thank U

Ayuh,........ Without a Doubt.......

Your Furnace should also have a tag with a Rating on it,....
If it's rated at a higher btus,... It'll burn more gas while it's running...
