Pressure treated vs pre-stained fence

Guys, going to install a fence soon and not sure what to go with. Going for low cost, but not pine. Is it better to have pressure treated wood or pre-stained wood?

Also, looking at this one, does pressure treated negate the pine mixed into this panel?

Personally, I love the look of stained wood, but I'd want it to last. I would get pressure-treated or cedar and then stain it.

I would opt for the the PT as it will generally last longer. You can also paint or stain PT if wish too.
