If you are working with Excel 97 or higher, I believe you have the availability to save your workbook as a PDF file. (Maybe some of the earlier versions do that too... I don't know.)
This forum accepts PDF attachments if they are not too big. (100.0 kb is the limit)

For what purpose. To display the graph save it as a picture and post that. Or use a snapshot program or print to screen and save it.

Windows 7 has a snipping tool, just type snipping tool in your search box that comes up on the start menu.
Edit: Vista also has this option, just checked on my daughters computer. This thread explains how to do it. faster way to post a "snip" - windows 7

He just said he is using a mac. I use a product called snagit. Very good for capturing images or sections of a screen. Usually need it to get pieces from a PDF file.
