Posting a spreadsheet graph on this forum

Anyone know how to do that?

If you are working with Excel 97 or higher, I believe you have the availability to save your workbook as a PDF file. (Maybe some of the earlier versions do that too... I don't know.)

This forum accepts PDF attachments if they are not too big. (100.0 kb is the limit)

For what purpose. To display the graph save it as a picture and post that. Or use a snapshot program or print to screen and save it.

I'll try the print screen option.
How do I save a graph within a spreadsheet as a picture?
I'm still getting used to this IMac.

Windows 7 has a snipping tool, just type snipping tool in your search box that comes up on the start menu.

Edit: Vista also has this option, just checked on my daughters computer.

This thread explains how to do it.

He just said he is using a mac. I use a product called snagit. Very good for capturing images or sections of a screen. Usually need it to get pieces from a PDF file.

I hate that when people don't read the post carefully.
