Pool subpanel


Replaced my pool motor but when I trip manually the motor. It does not turn on the motor. One thing I did notice is that the dial clock does not work as well but the (pool owners know about the clock dial) other fuse for the LED motor for the lights work againe comming from the same sub- panel ? Need any help please ? ??
