***Plastic Cement***

hi all

I have a friend doing a large concrete project. He often goes to Home Depot and buys torn bags by the pallet full for 15.00 for the entire pallet.. My question is, He has about 30 bags of Plastic Cement (for stucco) If he adds aggregate, can he use it like regular portland ? does anyone forsee any problems ? The only info I could find suggested that Plastic Cement is portland with lime added for elasticity... Comments ??

THanks
Mark

It sounds like plastic is the same as our masonry cement, so it shouldn't be used for concrete. Use OPC.

It will work fine for concrete for most things. What are you using it for.
