Plaster Button Board Mold

Hi everyone,
I bought a house 10 years ago that was flooded on a vacation when the water heater busted.

The house only flooded 1 inch and was completely dried out in a couple weeks.

It is a type of drywall and plaster, the plaster a thick coating on top of 1/4 inch button-board.

There is no mold on the outside of the plaster and it bubbled here and there a couple of feet up.

If the is mold is contained should I have to replace the plaster.

If the mold is sealed up and dormant inside the wall is it a health hazard?

Thanks in advance for any help.
