Permit Issue

It's a good example of not "falling-in-love" with a house, when you are house shopping.

It's most likely to be, the single, most important, & largest investment you will make in your life.

It should be done with a degree of impartiality and by using one's head.

Permit Issue

sounds easy to do.. but hard in practice. as my wife would say "why would you buy a house you didn't love?"

to which i meekly reply, "i don't know.. i just don't know"
