Painting wet surfaces

I have an area I need to paint that is basically the outside wall of an industrial cooler. The wall is always wet and cool due to the humidity change and the temperature/atmospheric differences from one side of the wall to the other. What type of product should I use? The wall is concrete covered with a lathe type finish (the building is 50 years old).

Painting wet surfaces

This problem occurred today so I have not had a chance to contact our supplier. I will certainly do so on Monday morning but was looking for a solution beforehand since I have had some poor advice from our supplier (Glidden Professional) in the past; probably time to start using a new one.

Painting wet surfaces

Is there any way to shut down this cooler for the painting time frame?
I'd be surprised if you found a product applicable for this situation. The product would never dry.
