Odor from vents

We are having a musty/moldy odor coming from the vents when we run the A/C. We sprayed Lysol into vents and this helps for about a day then odors return. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Basement, crawl space?
Checked for air leaks in the return lines and supply's?

Could be the coils need cleaned. They make cleaner in rattle cans for this.

A crawl space. Haven't checked for leaks. Will try doing that. Thank you!
