New Home Layout for 32'/36'

Welcome imtiyazkhan, to the best darn DIY'r site on the web.

Don't know about getting that kind of detail directly from a DIY'r site, there are a couple of great designers who are registered to this site, but I would say they would be able to answer specific questions for a procured design and not provide a complete design at no cost.

30 x 36 is the lot size? or the foundation size you are looking for?

I hope it's the floorplan size, if it's the lot size I will put a picture of my shed on here for an idea.
Like mentioned more info and a location may help.

This can't be done by an internet website. You need to have plans drawn up locally by someone familiar with your building codes.
What country do you live in?

Maybe something along the lines of the Depression era Migrant worker shacks. They are no larger than a shed type garage (14x18). You could get a two story structure that size, with bedrooms upstairs.
