Neighbor's retaining wall

My neighbor is building a small retaining wall about a foot away from the property line. It's only about a foot above grade but is there anything that I should be concerned about?

Is he still going to take care of the grass on your side ?
Not much more to cut but weed wacking the stuff along a wall can be a pain

Does water run-off usually run from your yard to his ? His to yours ?
Or is there a drain/run-off between the 2 properties ?

I don't think runoff will be a problem. I just wanted to make sure there isn't anything that would cause me a problem down the line. It should be fine and he isn't doing anything wrong or half assing it.

At that size & placement, I wouldn't have any fears. Here we are allowed to build retaining walls right up to the lot line.
