Question

Need Roofing advice

[FONT=Arial Black][SIZE=4]
Hi,
How are you? I need help in deciding which roof design( Mansard vs. Dutch Colonial vs. Barn ) will maximize the building/ livable space on a second story in a small building structure on the side of my property. I am allowed to build only 1 1/2 stories high and the building can only reach 15' to the point of the ridge of the roof. How much side wall space and room space will be accomplished with each aforementioned roof designs?

Thank You so much for all your help,
ROBYN

Judging by your font tag stuff I am assuming you posted this exact question in a few different forums. Did you get a satisfactory answer yet?
