Need Help on Cultivator Repair HELLO I AM TRYING TO GET A FLYWHEEL OFF OF A TROYBILT CULTIVATOR/EDGER CAN ANY ONE HELP BEFORE I BLOW A GASKET

You need a Pully puller. Talk to the local Small Engine shop.

yes i know that but there is a spacer that suppose to screw off first tryed to get it off and fly wheel key broke trying to get it off any more suggestion it will not slide over this spacer

You will have to get the spacer off, and without the right tools, it cannot be done.
