natural gas fireplace

Hi, anyone know how to clean the glass on a natural gas fieplace? Next, why does it cloud up anyway? I have two and one clouds up and the other is fine. Any special cleaner to use?

natural gas fireplace

Is it a fireplace insert or gas log?
If it's an insert and it's direct-vent maybe it's not getting enough air so it's burning rich and sooting.

I tear things down and build them up.
